NEGOTIATION & CONTRACT

Your REALTOR will negotiate the contract on your behalf, ensuring your best interests are represented.

OFFER ACCEPTED – ESCROW

Once both parties agree on the contract, escrow is opened with the title company. The title company holds all monies, instructions, and documents related to the sale.

OPTION PERIOD – INSPECTION

During the option period, a title report is ordered, and you can hire an inspector to conduct a thorough inspection of the home. Based on the inspection report, you can request and negotiate repairs with the seller.

TITLE COMMITMENT

All title documents are thoroughly searched and reviewed to ensure a clear title.

APPRAISAL ORDERED

The lender's underwriter reviews the loan file, and an appraiser assesses the home to determine its value.

BUYER WALKTHROUGH

Before closing, you’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in working order and to verify any agreed-upon repairs.

CLOSING

Once all conditions of the purchase agreement are met, you'll sign your loan documents and closing papers. Congratulations on your new home!
