EquityShield Group offers a Guaranteed Sale Program that allows you to enter into a sales agreement with your new home builder while your current home is actively marketed for sale. During the construction of your new home, EquityShield Group will list and market your current home. If your home does not sell by the time your new home is ready, EquityShield Group will purchase your current home. This program ensures a guaranteed sale, allowing you to close and move into your new dream home without any delays.

Guaranteed Sale Program Details:

• Minimum Marketing Period: A minimum of six (6) months is required to market your home.

• Home Purchase Appraisal: We purchase your home based on a third-party appraisal.

• No Alternative Sales Methods: No “contract for deed” sale, lease purchase, or lease options.

• No Loan Assumptions: We do not offer loan assumptions.

• Loan Payoff: Your existing loan will be paid off in full.

• VA Entitlement: Your ***VA entitlement will be freed up.

• Timely Decisions: All business decisions will be made promptly to ensure a smooth process.
